In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options. On the Security tab, click the Trusted Sites icon. Click Sites and then add these website addresses one at a time to the list: You can only add one address at a time and you must click Add after each one. Then the program will update your Windows XP image: And when it's done, you have an updated Windows XP with SP3: Now we just need to make a CD out of that. (You can delete the temporary folders created by the SP3 extraction at this point if you like.) Burning an XP SP3 CD. As I said earlier, I'll be using ImgBurn for this example. I just wanted to add that all XP service packs are still available on the Windows Update Catalog page but you do need IE to download them. For anybody that would also like to have a XP SP3.

Both XP computers are same Service Pack 3 with all critical update. Same version of FAST. Running FAST on old computer (files and settings) creates the USMT2.UNC file. Running FAST on the NEW computer finds the USMT2.UNC file and runs through its steps. Both steps take about two hours to complete.
Requires Windows 10, 8.1, 8 or 7 at least. Installers, however, can work on any Windows, from Windows 10 to Windows XP or Vista.

A window will open asking what you want to do with a file called pbinst.exe. You might see a confirmation message, asking if you're sure you want to run this software. Click 'Run' again. The installer will be started: follow instructions.
When Paquet Builder is installed, you can start using it.

If you have a previous version 3.x.x, 2018.x, 2019.x or 2020.x, the installer will uninstall it and then install Paquet Builder 2020.0.
How To Use Xp Mode
If you have a previous version 2.x, you do not have to uninstall it. Paquet Builder 2020 can be installed on the same computer as any Paquet Builder 2.x version.
A Windows Explorer menu extension is also available: it lets you create Self-Extracting archives directly from Windows Explorer with Paquet Builder.
