Triton Horse Stall Kit components allow you to build safe, durable, well engineered stalls with a minimum of carpentry work. They provide manufactured parts that eliminate most of the tedious work allowing you to build stalls that are strong, highly resistant to damage by your horses, and that will keep their great appearance for the life of your barn.

Our welded horse stall kit is a cost-effective way for you to provide adequate shelter for your horses. The Triton horse stall kit and horse stalls are hot dipped galvanized after fabrication to ensure maximum durability and dependability.

We offer our stalls in both kit form (lowest price, most labor required) and as Standard Stalls. Triton Horse Stalls are made of galvanized 14-guage (or heavier) steel tubing, and u-channel that is welded into a solid frame. Then, after fabrication, the assembly is dipped into hot galvanizing solution to give the best rust protection in the industry. Our galvanizing process meets or exceeds ASTM A-123 specifications, which require a minimum of 98% zinc coating.

Window grills are a great addition to any horse stall that has or will have windows. The benefits window grills provide is they improve ventilation, let in more natural light, and they protect your windows from horses' kicking or knocking into them. When horses are kept in their stalls for extended periods of time, they have a tendency of becoming curious. This additional protection alleviates most possibilities of injury pertaining to windows... and nothing is worse than an unexpected vet visit or house call.

At RAMM, all of the grilled window frames are made out of 14-gauge, heavy-duty galvanized steel. The bars used are 7/8' 16-gauge steel and spaced at 3.25' on-center for safety. We have a few different options to choose from:

  • Fold-Down Hinged Window Grill Kit - This 36' x 24' fold-down hinged window grill kit comes mostly pre-assembled. This window grill kit protects your horse stall windows from being broken and your horses from any glass injuries! The welded window grill frame has ten horse stall grill bars that are ¾' in diameter and spaced at 3½' apart.
  • Essex Grilled Window Kit - Protect your stall windows with our Essex standard grilled window kits; they will prevent your horses from kicking out your expensive windows. Bars can be replaced quickly and easily, unlike the welded grilled window frames mentioned above. However, this grilled window kit is not a solid piece; it needs to be assembled. Comes in multiple sizes ranging from 36' x 24' up to 48' x 48'. *Can be cut down to custom sizes.
